We care about you and your loved ones. Please take a moment to review our polices and requirements prior to booking your drop-off appointment.
We knew you would understand and we appreciate that!
Be sure to skin and cool the animal as quickly as possible.
Protect the meat from dirt, rocks, hair, insects, etc.
We are not responsible for blood shot, hair, dirt, rocks, feces, or any other outside contamination.
It's important for us to help protect the health and safety of all of our clients.
To effectively manage our capacity, call or text us to book your drop-off appointment.
For your convenience we can arrange for after hours drop-off if needed.
All carcasses must be tagged with a Colorado Division of Wildlife tag (or similar tag issued by the appropriate government agency of another state if the large game animal was taken in such other state) at the time of drop-off.
ALL animals must be skinned, cooled and ready for processing prior to drop-off.
Sorry, no exceptions.
As your trusted butcher and processor, we are required by the state to operate in a safe and sanitary manner. Therefore, if a carcass has not been properly handled before it gets to us, we may need to reject it, or at our discretion have to discard any meat we feel is unfit for human consumption.
If you have an idea of how you want us to process your harvest, great. If not, that's great too!
We are more than delighted to spend some time with you and go over how we can "meat" the needs of you and your family.
So many options - let's get creative!
If you are transporting your meat and/or carcass in a personal cooler, we are happy to hold it here for you until you pick-up your processed order.
This allows for a pretty smooth pick up and of course supports a safe way to get it to it's final destination - your freezer!
